Shift:Monday - Thursday 5 AM - 3:30 PM (Peak hours) (Overtime on Friday during peak season)$19.63/hr. + production bonus eligibleWhat You'll Do:Invoice Inspection: Utilize your keen eye to read invoices and directing trays accordingly.Lens Handling: Visually pre-inspect lenses, loading them into sectors, and placing sectors into machines with precision.Chemical Management: Skillfully place the proper chemicals into the right pockets after each phase of the process, ensuring a seamless production flow.Quality Assurance: Lift sectors out of machines, download lenses back into trays, and meticulously match numbers on paperwork to guarantee accuracy.Lens Maintenance: Clean lenses thoroughly with lens cleaner and cloth, removing all polish and ensuring compliance with ANSI standards.Workflow Optimization: Separate jobs between departments, lead associates to ensure optimal workflow, and operate the AR Coating Machine.Training and Development: Train new associates, conduct Professional Improvement Plans, and collaborate with the AR Supervisor to enhance performance and the work environment.
