KITCHEN MANAGER - HUB & SPOKE DINER

We have an opportunity to lead Hub & Spoke Diner, our casual Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner restaurant. Hub & Spoke Diner is committed to using great ingredients and offering an progressive chef driven menu.
The ideal candidate will have:
⢠At least 3 years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume, high quality, three meal a day restaurant .
⢠Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday for our busy brunch services.
⢠Strong leadership and management skills, including hiring, training and development, and day-to-day management of staff.
⢠Good understanding of food and wine/beverage, and general industry trends.
⢠Excellent service standards and interpersonal skills.
⢠In addition to managing food costs, working with local purveyors, leading a culinary team and maintaining a professional kitchen, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about artisan food and the dining experience.
