Come join us to meet the leaders representing our Patient Access Department for R1 at Park City Hospital!

When: Wednesday, February 13th

Time: 4-6pm

Location: Room 1A in the Blair Education Center- 900 Round Valley Dr, Park City, UT 84060

R1 has immediate openings for PRN and Part-Time Patient Registration Representatives! We are looking for indiviuals with open and flexible schedules. Shifts can include days, afternoon, overnight and weekends.

The Patient Registration Representative will be responsible for accurate and timely patient registration utilizing medical systems. This person will assign ICD-10 and CPT codes relative to patient registration. The Patient Registration Representative will utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate diagnosis and coverage criteria.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience handling patients with efficiency and accuracy to broad customer base.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or GED required

Computer savvy with experience navigating between multiple systems simultaneously

Must have MS Office Experience and excellent typing skills

Must have a high degree of customer service skills in order to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, physicians and care teams

Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail

Must be able to work in a patient care environment with exposure to infection or contagious disease

Excellent written and oral communication skill

Positive, driven attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile to help patients and the hospital achieve maximum reimbursement from coverage sources
