We are a growing home inspections company who is expanding into the Salt Lake City area and we are looking for inspectors. We are in immediate need of 2 home inspector candidates and are currently looking for new trainees wanting to enter the home inspection industry. The ideal candidate will
Have good people skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Be self-motivated and self-managed
Acute attention to detail
Somewhat familiar with residential construction
Be in generally good health
A team player willing to carry out the mission of the company
Have the ability to move up and down ladders
Be able to enter attics and crawlspaces
Ability to carry 50 pounds
Need to work in all weather conditions
Ability to work in unconditioned buildings
