We are a business coaching company who for over a decade has been helping small and midsized businesses grow and thrive.

We are remote team with people working across the U.S. to deliver an incredibly valuable and impactful coaching program for our business owner clients. We work with our clients via phone, video conference and quarterly in person events.

We are a systems driven company who believes in the value of creating, refining, and cross-training on systems.

We are an accountable organization that believes in doing what you say you’ll do – without drama or excuses. And when we mess up (as all people do) we own it, and fix the problem, and learn.

We also believe in following our own coaching recipe and have a clear strategic structure that we follow weekly and quarterly that has helped us maintain double digit growth for several years now.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. You are a doer, finisher, implementer that has the ability to get a large volume of the right work done effectively and consistently.

2. You are a self-starter and be able to self-manage and do what you say you will do.

3. You are very strong at organizing, prioritizing, managing time, meeting deadlines, and keeping others accountable to those same thing

4. You are able to have adult conversations without hiding. You can negotiate for better pricing, deal directly with clients on the tough stuff like collections, and call vendors on their performance when needed.

5. You are a process, systems person. You are fluent using, building, and refining systems. You realize how they help you get your work done better, faster, and easier.

6. You have a business head on your shoulders. You realize that operations is part of running a business, but that the business’s real needs are more important that just what would make operations life easier. This impacts you when you deal with clients, team, and vendors. You come at things from the frame of making the business more successful.

Do you already have a home office? Would you love the freedom of working with a team of professionals across the country who get together on the phone each week and in person 4-6 times a year? Would you enjoy traveling on business 2-3 times each quarter to post resorts like Jackson Hole, WY, Denver, CO, Irvine, CA or South Florida? Yes, we even have an annual meeting in Hawaii.

Our growing company needs a leader to manage day to day operations of customer relations, programs, logistics, hotel negotiations, live events and refining our already good systems to help them always get better. Sales are not required however a marketing and customer service flair is extremely helpful since you will promote to existing clients, ensure exceptional client experiences, oversee client retention, develop and oversee live events.

Your Responsibilities Would Include:

• Overseeing live event operations and logistics from start to finish (6-10 events per year in different states.) This includes being at 4-6 of these events per year to run them onsite.

• Overseeing all program fulfillment to ensure clients are getting what is promised with exceptional and prompt service. The coaching staff do the coaching, you are there to make sure that all the other parts of the program are there and working together smoothly.

• Managing day-to-day onboarding of new clients, support, online app of Business Tools general support and training, running program webinars, managing calendars/promotional emails, customer calls and emails.

• Working with other pillars like Sales, Marketing, Technology, Accounting, etc to coordinate, support, and troubleshoot. Being flexible to jump in when needed and step outside of Operations if needed.

• Managing, organizing and synchronizing simultaneously the activities of various tasks, projects within the operations pillar. Will be the catch all for Operational pillar and ensure things are running smoothly, efficiently and effectively for customers and internal team members.

• Oversee Collections

• Paying various invoices via company credit card and providing receipts to Accounting.

• Processing sales if sales team has any trouble.

• Work with Technology team to troubleshoot, report tech issues to get resolution for OPS systems, clients, and internal team.

• Working closely with Account Manager for onboarding, client referrals, upgrades/opportunities, client cancellations, client holds, coach switches, other client issues or disputes as need team need input.

• Develop and oversee operating budgets , scoreboards, contracts.

• Provide feedback on elements of programs and operations to Executive team as well as receive feedback.

• Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations and high-level support needed in other pillars that come up at any given moment and working for resolution if needed

The Position:

The position will start as a long-term 1099 contract team member. You’ll need to have a solid home office with computer and high-speed internet. The amount we’ve budgeted for the right person is $50-62K a year, with the ability to earn more as results show over the first 6-12 months. This is the equivalent of a full-time role where you’d be consistently working 45 hours a week.
