Salary Target: $110K - $115K

Job Description:
Our client is growing their software development division and in turn expanding their automated testing environment to include a Software Development Engineer in Test. This position will be developing and executing comprehensive test plans, develop and perform test cases to verify functionality, data integrity, security, and overall usability for web-based server systems and web services. Candidate must have the ability to code using C# on web-based applications at each level of the testing pyramid: Unit, Service, and UI

• Design and build test automation architecture
• C# Development on web applications
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases
• Analyze and communicate test results
• Defect tracking
• Review requirements with Software Engineers and Business Analysts for consistency and accuracy
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and planning sessions
• Execute manual and automated regression tests

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience Quality Assurance role, specifically for public website testing
• Hands-on Cypress.io experience
• Expert level knowledge of API Layer testing
• Complete experience with the full Test Pyramid.
  • Automated - e2e Tests
  • Automated API Tests
  • Automated Integration Tests
  • Automated Component Tests
  • Automated Unit Test
• 2+ years of C#/.NET Coding experience
• 1+ year of experience testing web-based client-server systems and web-services
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Unit Testing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

BonSoft Skills:

• Experience with Manual Testing is a bonus
• TestRail, Apache Jmeter, BlazeMeter
• Understanding of DevOps and SCRUM/Agile Methodology
• CI/CD tools: TeamCity
• SQL Server Management Studio
• Ability to write correspondence and general reports, and present information to groups
• Very collaberative and intuitve minded individual
