We KNOW you have a tough job. We get it. But we don't believe in the smoke and mirrors and next shiny object of promising you some bullshit pie in the sky. What you see is what you get. We look at the whole pay package -not just the base CPM. We pay for YOUR performance. The more you run the more you make. Up an additional .10 CPM over 10k per month (and we have the business to run you as hard as you want). With good fuel and idle another 2 CPM on all miles. Plus all the picks, drops, layovers, etc. We pay 100% for your Medical, Dental and Vision and put 3% toward your retirement in a 401(k)! We offer tenure transfer - don't lose the PTO accrual amount you have earned at your current carrier. WHY? Because we think it is fair. AND we want a long-term relationship.
