Essential Duties:
Provide daily cleaning for all of the operations including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
Perform light cleaning and heavy cleaning including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
Performs other duties as required.
Physical Demands: Frequently stands, walks and sits. Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise: Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals. Noise level is moderate.

Tenemos disponibles de inmediato 2 puestos de trabajo a tiempo completo(full time). Se requiere que trabajen Sábados y Domingos. Medio tiempo(part- time) también está disponible.
Vacaciones pagadas y seguro médico para los que trabajen tiempo completo(full time).
Preferimos personas con experiencia, pero si no la tiene, y Ud. Es elegido, podemos entrenarlos.
Labores esenciales:
-Limpieza diaria de todas las áreas requeridas como por ejemplo oficinas, espacios públicos, cocinas, baños, y otros.
- Limpieza menor y más en detalle de ventanas, pulido de muebles, remover el polvo, pasar las aspiradoras, barrer, remover basura y otros.
- Otras actividades según como sea necesario.
Necesidades físicas del trabajo: pasar bastante tiempo de pie, caminar, agacharse y pararse, recoger objetos, limpiar usando manos y esforzarse para alcanzar áreas a limpiar. Todas las actividades que involucra la limpieza. Ocasionalmente se requiere levantar ciertos pesos que van desde 25 libras hasta 50 libras.
Ambiente y el ruido. Ocasionalmente se trabaja a la intemperie con sol y lluvia de acuerdo al clima. Trabajo requiere el uso de ciertos productos de limpieza(químicos). El nivel de ruido es bajo y moderado.
