Hiring for Line and Prep Cooks at our Zion, Utah location, from March 2019 - November 2019.

Reports to F&B Manager and/or Kitchen Manager - Responsible for but not limited to; menu item execution, recipe compliance, prep lists, production sheets, HACCP, kitchen cleanliness & ware washing & upholding Under Canvas standards. Should have experience with working the grill, flat top, sauté, hot & cold prep, pantry and must be comfortable with cooking breakfast

Reports to F&B Manager and/or Kitchen Supervisor- Supports over all restaurant success with duties such as but not limited to; using prep & productions lists for hot & cold prep, boxed lunches, preordered breakfasts, following recipes, supporting line during meal service, working cold station, HACCP, ware washing, overall kitchen cleanliness & upholding Under Canvas standards.
