We are currently hiring a full time Business Operations Coordinator to join our St George Team in support of our sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities -
Responsible for providing excellent support to our highly performing sales and marketing teams
Learn and execute on company policies and procedures
Prepare contracts for sales department and property owners
Maintain property owner information
Prepare and balance cash and deposits
Gather data and prepare end of day reports
Maintain company high-quality standards at all times
Assist property owners with contract research
Assist with tour reception check-ins and data entry
Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude towards guests and associates
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Cash handling experience a plus, but not required
Scheduling flexibility with working weekends and holidays required
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
Self-starter as well as ability to work well in teams
Detail Oriented
Job Experience:
1 year of customer service in operations, hospitality, services, or retail environment required
1 year of cash handling preferred, but not required
