Who we are and what we do:

We are a local HVAC and Plumbing company that has been fulfilling the residential and commercial water and ventilation needs of customers for over 60 years. Since our founding, our business presence and team has grown enormously. Were one of the largest and most respected family owned and operated independent water dealers in the U.S and offer a range of products and services.

What we are seeking:

We are seeking a qualified Office Administrator who is punctual, on time, and can meet deadlines on a daily basis. One who does not provide excuses, but provides results. One who is motivated by performing at the highest level possible, and understands the meaning of time management to truly be successful in this role. One who is capable of managing several facets of this fast paced environment without becoming distracted or overwhelmed.

Financial consideration and performance based incentives will be determined based upon previous results and experience, and will be discussed upon meeting in person.

Skill set required to be considered for this opportunity:

MS Office Suite, 10 key, CRM/AS400(or similar)experience, customer service skills

Duties, Responsibilities and other Qualifications:

1.Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and other various social methods

2.Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

3.Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

4.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

5.Data entry and filing of contracts, invoices, forms, receipts, documents, expenses, etc.

6.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

7.Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

8.Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

9.Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

10.Other duties as assigned.

11.A reliable vehicle to travel to and from home to work.

12.A high school diploma or equivalent.

13.2+ years of practical experience in office administration.

14.Basic math skills a must, advanced skills preferred.

15.Excellent client service skills.

16. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.

17.Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with problems.

18.Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

19.Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.

20. Have an understanding of ethical Social Media usage in the workplace

21. Must be able to pass a company required back ground test

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY

Status: Full Time

Benefits: paid vacation, health, vision, dental, 401K

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Pay Rate: DOE
