I'm looking for RELIABLE sales people. I know that some sales people love to have fun and at times to much fun which can make them unreliable come Monday. I would say the average rep works 33-35 per week and makes roughly $600 a week. Some reps are making $700-$800 a week depending on how good they are.
As of now, I need 2 sales reps that can be here and be focused. We enjoy a loose and fun environment with a huge break room that stays stocked with food, sodas, coffee and snacks as well as a lounge area to watch TV and just hang out if you don't want to leave the office for lunch.
WE DON'T COLD CALL ANYONE. Customers visit our website and enter their info and request a call from us and in some cases they call us which creates whats known as a "call in" that are usually the most serious customers. I don't even know if I should even call this "sales", we literally just have you call and schedule an appointment and once scheduled you make $40 (So if you hit 15 appointments a week you make $600). You won't be asking the customer for money at all throughout the call.
All of our customers are seeking information on how to get funded to start up a business. We call and gather basic info and tell them that we will look at their situation for free, but we just need to get their credit report (which all you'll have to do), after assessing the situation we then offer them products/services that can put them in a better position for funding their business such as credit repair or a business plan for example.
If you're flaky or happen to "get sick" once a week then please don't respond. I want to money motivated people who I can count on. I spend a lot of money making sure the leads are good and just need good people calling them. Again, we have a relaxed environment. If you can't handle joking around or hearing some swearing then probably not the environment you want to be in. When in sales sometimes you'll hear a few curse words.

We work Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 5 with a lunch break from 12-1.
