The Job:
Computer Support Specialist.
We are seeking someone with strong communication skills to provide remote and in-person support. They say if it has a plug on it, we are in charge of it. We have a great team and working on many different technologies in several offices makes for a fun and diverse work environment. Experience is favored but we are happy to train. Many of our solutions are developed in-house so a willingness to learn and work well with others is important.

Experience identifying, troubleshooting and resolving basic computer issues.
Windows 10 end-user support
Linux Servers
Some Windows Servers
PC Imaging and configuration
Phone system installation and maintenance
Training / Educating end-users
Networking (LAN/WAN infrastructure)
Desktop support- Windows 10, phones, peripherals
Key element of network security team
Communication skills / work well with others.
A willing attitude to learn and improve!
2+ years of experience with IT Support
