Cox Trucking in St. George, Utah is looking for a truck washer to wash and clean high profile vehicles (tractors, trailers, RVs) on a part-time basis. Our truck wash is used for company vehicles and also is a profit center for Cox Trucking. The truck washer operates the Truck Wash by washing the outside of semi-tractors and RVs and then driving them through the automatic wash bay. Ensures trailers are properly washed as well. Maintains truck wash area and keeps it clean and orderly. Ideal candidate has a great disposition in working with drivers and customers and is able to multi-task and work well in the changing seasons and conditions of our area.
The schedule is somewhat flexible but Saturday's are required.
Ideal candidate has previous experience in washing high profile vehicles, is hard-working, motivated and dependable. But if you are motivated and dependable we will train you. Growth opportunities if you are interested in the trucking and/or truck maintenance industry.
Candidates must have the ability to read and understand training material and policies. Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Preferred Education- High school Diploma or GED. Prefer candidates that have a CDL. (If you don't have a CDL we will help you get one as it is a requirement within 90 days of hire as you are driving trucks.) Physical requirements of the essential job functions include standing for long period of time, climbing, bending, stooping, twisting and lifting 50 lbs.
