Job Summary:The Omni Brand Webmaster is responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of the company's website and digital platforms to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and brand consistency. The Webmaster will work closely with marketing, design, and IT teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the website aligns with Omni's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Website Management:Oversee the development, design, and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it aligns with the Omni brand’s standards and objectives.Monitor website performance, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure optimal speed, usability, and security.Regularly update website content, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing campaigns.Technical Support:Work with IT and development teams to resolve any technical issues, such as downtime, broken links, or malfunctions.Implement necessary software updates, plugins, and integrations.SEO and Analytics:Implement SEO best practices to ensure the website ranks highly on search engines.Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.Create reports on web traffic, user interaction, and other key performance metrics.Design & User Experience:Collaborate with designers to enhance website aesthetics and functionality.Ensure the website provides a seamless and intuitive user experience (UX), from desktop to mobile.Content Updates:Update website content, including blogs, product pages, and landing pages, in coordination with the marketing and content teams.Optimize images and media files for web use to ensure fast loading times.E-Commerce (if applicable):Oversee e-commerce functionality, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience, including product pages, checkout, and payment processing. Management and deployment of targeted email campaigns and outcome reporting. Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and product teams to ensure that website content and features support brand initiatives.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on website goals and timelines.
