The H-Team is looking for an upbeat, friendly person to field incoming e-mails, telephone calls, and chats from our Toyota Service customers. The schedule for the Call Center Rep is from 9:30am- 6pm, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays from 8am- 2pm on a rotating basis.
As a Call Center Rep you will:
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the service department.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary information on inventory, price quotes and other valuable information with ongoing follow up.
- Complete projects and other duties assigned.
You will be Successful in this Role if you:
- Are tech savvy and have outstanding communication skills.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and healthy sense of humor.
- Have outstanding telephone skills.
- Can display strong typing, filing, and other basic office skills.
- Are able to work cooperatively with other company staff, and handle customers in a courteous and efficient manner, regardless of the customer temperament.
-Previous call center experience and familiarity with the automotive industry preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate!
