Positions available in Burlington for individuals with solid customer service skills and graphic design/print production background to work in a busy retail location. Primary responsibilities will include production of customer print jobs, graphic design, placing orders for outsourced print jobs, and assisting customers with self-service copies. Job duties will also include packaging and shipping, faxing and mail services. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential, as well as the ability to work well with customers and co-workers. Previous customer service experience and computer skills required. Ability to use Microsoft Office, PhotoShop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and other graphic design software is highly desired.
