We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Stores open at 7am and close at 6pm Monday through Fridaylooking for someone who can be flexible between those hours. In particular, 10am - 6pm shift. Every other Saturday work required, 9am - 3pm.
We will train. Good attitude a must! Position starts immediately. Pay negotiable based on experience.
$100 Bonus at 30 Days
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
