This is a service position that provides member service to both credit union members and co-workers, consistently delivering professional conduct with each contact. Serves members promptly and professionally representing the credit union in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy. This position also performs duties that include processing of daily transaction files and researching member transactions. Assist members with transaction information and services related to debit and credit cards, help cover for ACH and share draft services, and a variety of other activities to assist in. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn many front line aspects of a financial institution business.
