Qualifications and Experience (Must Haves)

Cordial and friendly personality with experience as a front desk, customer service or receptionist

Phone skills with comfortability of answering 3 or more incoming lines, protocol for message taking and competent with working with integrated phone system.

Office professionalism required to work with office staff and business employees on various projects and ability to use and understand Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word .

Quick thinker with strong traits of working independently and strong skills in multi-tasking and completing projects on various topics and categories.

Accounting/Business experience that includes accounts payable/accounts receivable/data entry and bank reconciliations
