A full/part-time position is available, Monday-Friday (no weekend hours at this time, but subject to change during our busy seasons). This position will have direct customer contact both in-person and over the phone. Responsibilities include service scheduling, counter sales, parts lookup, parts ordering/receiving and inventory management. Knowledge of boats and their operation, including equipment such as outboard motors, trolling motors, down riggers, FishFinders/GPS and other marine based accessories is desired. People skills and attention to detail are essential. This position requires the ability to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail. Must be computer proficient. Prior sales experience is desired, though training will be provided. Everyone participates in all aspects of this business and jumps in where help is needed.
Valid drivers license in good standing is required. Completion of Vermont Boater's Safety course desired.
