Job Responsibilities:
Candidate must be available to work weekends and until close (7pm or later).
Candidate will have experience in the following:
-Customer Service
-Retail and/or Sales
-Interest in the Beauty Industry
Our client care specialist keeps the front desk and spa running smoothly. Front desk duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, running the checkout and cash register, answering client questions about treatments and products, helping to sell memberships, and general recordkeeping. Other duties include cleaning, light laundry, restocking, creating posts for social media, and whatever other tasks may need to be done to support the team and provide a seamless experience for our clients.
Candidate must be great with people (smiling, warm, and friendly), punctual, and ready to pitch in. Must be willing to learn on the job through trainings, curiosity and asking questions, and research of your own when the spa is quiet. Selling products and memberships is part of the job, so the ideal candidate is comfortable with sales, or at least willing to be trained. We do not use 'high pressure' sales techniques, as our clients feeling welcome, cared for, keeping their trust, and developing long-term relationships as their expert skincare and self-care destination are central to La Bella Derma. We are a small, close team, so everyone chips in as needed to get the job done as a whole.
Rate of pay:
$12-$15/hour based on experience
