YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL – PART TIME
We are looking for dependable, fun and experienced staff to run afterschool programs for the school year!
We believe in offering opportunity to all children, regardless of circumstances. When the school bells rings each day, we are committed to offering a life changing experience that is fun, safe and enriching.
Our program is running under strict safety guidelines based on the policies set by the the Vermont Health Department and the CDC.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE:
-Planning and running activities based on interest, including but not limited to: athletics, music, arts, technology, community service and academic enrichment
-Behavioral management involving setting expectations and implementing interventions when necessary
-Fostering a safe, fun, educational, and positive After School environment
REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience working with youth
-Must be 18 years old or older
-Able to maintain a steady schedule throughout school year
-Willing to become CPR certified
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
-Our hours of After School operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 2:35 – 5:30pm.

3. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 2:35-5:30

ABOUT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB:
The Boys & Girls Club is a non-profit organization serving kids and youth in the out-of-school hours by providing a safe place, helping to character development and supporting academic success. Membership is $5/year - and nobody is ever turned away for an inability to pay. 85% of our budget is supported by fundraising from the community; the remaining 15% is supported by government grants.
