DescriptionAccountemps is currently seeking a Accounting Clerk for a well established company in the Burlington area. This is temporary to hire opportunity that starts immediately! No experience required!Entry Level Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as neededSend final invoices for customers in timely mannerMonitor all accounts and communicate with customers regarding past due balancesEnsure proper application of payment to invoices including cash, checks, and credit cardsReview and research invoice/billing issues to resolve discrepancies; process credits and adjustments if neededReconcile cash and prepare daily bank depositCoordinate with accounts payable, billing, and other departments as neededEntry Level Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:No previous accounting experience required for our Accounting Clerk role:BS Degree (preferred)Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and detail orientedMaintains accuracy and consistencyRequirements
