Goodwill NNE is seeking a Custodial Shift Supervisor in Burlington, Vermont, in support of our GoodClean Division. This is a full time position. Valid Driver's License and one year of similar experience required. Full Time: 40 hours per week - 8:00AM-4:30PMHourly Rate: $18.40Job Summary:1) Oversees, coordinates and performs daily services provided at the designated contractual site, and assists supervisor with the supervision of employees’ daily duties. Coordinates personnel at the designated site under the instruction of supervisor.
Assists members of employment services management with contract negotiations and pursuance of new contracts.
Supervises employees at designated work site in the absence of the supervisor.
Requirements:High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year experience in a position involving comparable responsibility
Ability to maintain confidentiality of classified information
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to handle strenuous physical activity, including infrequent heavy lifting
Valid driver’s license permitting operation of a vehicle in the State of Vermont; safe driving record
Criminal background check that meets Agency standards
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a custodial capacity
Experience working with power scrubbers, waxers and buffers
