Limited overnight travel may be necessary.How will you make an impact?The Sales Specialist HealthCare Corporate Accounts exercises discretion, independent judgment and sound selling and customer service skills, providing front end support in the company’s pursuit of business growth and prioritizing workload. The Sales Specialist HealthCare Corporate Accounts partners with the Manager of Corporate Accounts, the On-Site Support Team to maintain customer loyalty, improve productivity, providing assistance in achieving sales and margin goals, and identifying new business opportunities.What will you do? Work closely and take direction from the Manager of HealthCare Corporate Accounts on executing overall account business plan and on all major activities and projects required by the customer. Understand and participate in key standardization initiatives as identified Interface with Supplier partners within their respective assignments Involved in customer interaction with Thermo Fisher Scientific manufacturer companies. This includes management of pricing, incentives and new product roll outs Assists Manager of HealthCare Corporate Accounts with the development and renewal of all Direct Manufacturer Agreements Coordinates activities with other strategically significant suppliers if required Assists as needed with product RFP responses required by the customer Assists with annual price roll under the guidance of the Manager of HealthCare Corporate Accounts Assist inventory planning team by providing updated information regarding product demand Communicate transportation requirements and changes to the corporate transportation team Work with the On-Site Support Team to ensure service requirements of the customer satisfaction and, if needed, provide back-up support to the On-Site Team Assist in developing reports to measure contracted service metrics; review service metrics; and develop corrective action plans when necessary Maintains accurate records and files necessary for proper account management Update customer’s product pricing at regular intervals to control profitability Participates in training and meetings as required by the customer and Manager HealthCare of Corporate AccountsHow will you get here?Education B.S. Degree in Sciences or Business- preferred.Experience Five plus years with Business combined with Medical Lab - preferred. Previous major account relationship management experience – preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Computer proficiency in MS Office, (esp.
