DescriptionSouth Jersey firm is seeking an Office Clerk. As the Office Clerk, you will perform administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors. Responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, data entry, filing and faxing.Hours: Mon.- Fri. 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.Responsibilities:
Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
Provide a warm environment to customers
Supporting the duties of the front desk and reception
Receiving and placing telephone calls
Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
Requirements
Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong communication and social skills
Applicants must apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent
Special projects experience
navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
Customer service experience required
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Highly organized and self-motivated
1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested
Capable of handling office equipment
