The Talent Acquisition Advisor is the main point of contact for all recruiting strategy needs, providing partnership in a highly functioning recruiting team but also providing a full suite of recruiting services to a business unit. Sources, qualifies and delivers diverse candidates for a wide range of positions within assigned client group. Collaborates with assigned business unit(s) to understand recruiting needs and to develop those needs into specific recruiting strategies and tactics. Develops a broad understanding of LabCorp's business portfolio and structure. Actively contributes to talent acquisition to execute business strategies. Advises on areas of subject matter expertise. Serves as an internal consultant and talent adviser on best practices in recruiting to clients and senior management; continually researches and evaluates the external marketplace to maintain an ongoing awareness of competitive practices, and leverage best practice methods and process improvements. Leads recruitment planning discussions with business and HR Partners. Prepares metrics/stats, industry updates, state of the talent market and competitive landscape. Lead projects as related to recruiting initiatives.Requirements

Bachelors' degree in human resources, business, or related field

3-5 years recruiting experience

Healthcare or scientific industry preferred

Experience using creative sourcing techniques, with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent

Demonstrated ability to recruit for broad and deep range of positions for multiple locations

Proven ability to deliver against the following metrics: time-to-fill, retention, number of positions filled, and diversity of candidate slates

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task

Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues related to the interview and selection process

Relevant Recruiter certifications preferred (AIRS Professional Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter)
