Elements of the KDP Spring Co-op Program include:

You will engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment

You will present a final presentation to your team, peers, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

You will network and learn about other functions at Keurig Dr Pepper through a Lunch & Learn series

You will have the opportunity to volunteer in the community

As part of the Reliability and Test Engineering team, you will gain broad technical experience and build analytical skillsets across a number of engineering disciplines. You will work closely with a multi-functional team that includes both technical and business focused members. Main responsibilities will be to support senior test engineers developing design validation plans, test protocols, and test equipment for both new product development and improvement of existing product lines. This position will build your proficiency with risk assessment and root cause analysis methods, data analytics and statistics, agile project management, and an understanding of thermo-fluidic and electro-mechanical devices and systems. Comfort working in a highly dynamic and collaborative work environment is a must.As a Test Engineering Co-op, you will:

Support the development and execution of validation plans for Keurig brewer technologies and products spanning front-end research and downstream product development at the subcomponent, subsystem and system levels

Computer Aided Design (CAD) to develop test equipment and data acquisition tools

Author, review and circulate test methods to be used in design validation plans that support end to end validation of brewer electronics, firmware and electro-mechanical systems

Participate in FMEA events and utilize risk assessments to support validation work

Engage and interact with test technicians to educate on new and existing test protocols and equipment

Perform all tasks in accordance with established Safe Work Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Management Systems

Follow all Keurig policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

RequirementsWhat you must have:

Currently working towards a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Systems Engineering or a related technical field

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities

Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven, and a self-starter

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

What would be nice to have:

Experience with 3D CAD modeling (Solidworks preferred)

Exposure to the LabVIEW programming environment

Familiarity with statistical analysis
