Has openings for Bartenders and Line Cooks in the Waterbury and Waitsfield locations, and a dishwasher position available in Waterbury.
Cooks:
Some experience required with preference to candidates with open availability and fast paced casual pub food experience. But we will consider training a dedicated and reliable aspiring cook with less experience who has flexible availability and a willingness to work in both Waterbury and Waitsfield.
Full time hours available. Minimum starting pay of $14 for aspiring cooks. $15-$16 for experienced line cooks and up to $17 for seasoned line cooks who can work busy stations independently. Additional increases possible for proficiency on multiple stations during peak business levels.
Bartenders:
Some experience required with preference to candidates with flexible availability and fast paced casual bar experience. We will also consider training a dedicated and reliable server who would like to learn bartending. We serve 85% craft beer with a modest approachable cocktail menu. This is a great opportunity for a server to move to the bar.
Dishwasher:
4-Close (@ 11PM +/-) 3-4 nights per week.
$13 to start. Most of our dishwashers move on to become cooks! This is a great entry level kitchen position with substantial opportunity for advancement!
