Early morning baker. 5am - 11am or 2am - 9am. Thursday, Friday & Monday. Bake off muffins, scones, cookies & cupcakes. Make some batters, like muffin batter & cupcake batter and cookie doughs. If you have commercial experience great. If not, no problem, we will train.
