As the summer season begins we are looking to add to our staff. The line cook position will include but not limited to working the sauté, grill, ovens and cold stations. The prep/pastry side would be a new position for us and would include bread baking, fresh pastas and pastries. Since this would be a new position you could help design your work flow and help with menu development. Both positions are full time.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
⢠1 year culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant
⢠Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling
⢠Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
⢠Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
