As the summer season begins we are looking to add to our staff. The prep/pastry side would be a new position for us and would include bread baking, fresh pastas and pastries. Since this would be a new position you could help design your work flow and help with menu development.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1 year culinary experience in a fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife handling
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
