Agave, part of the Grazers Group, is now hiring a General Manager at our Williston location! This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Applicants should possess a love of food and customer service, as well as a desire to mentor and instruct.
Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining quality execution of our regular lunch, dinner and dessert menus
-Directly working with our Kitchen Manager on costing and generating weekly, monthly and seasonal specials in line with our commitment too fresh food.
-Maintaining a schedule (we use schedulfly) that is beneficial to success of employees and the business.
-Working in conjunction with Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager, Front of House Supervisor and our entire staff to collectively achieve our goal of making people happy by feeding them good food in a fun, accessible environment.
This job requires some nights and weekend work, but late nights are not required, you also get Sundays off. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Benefits include: money towards health insurance, paid vacation, labor bonus, yearly bonus and free food at all 3 of our locations.
