A worker-owned cooperative catering company that serves all of Vermont and it's catering needs seeks a General Manager to oversee all of their catering operations.
The ideal candidate will be very well organized, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working in a team environment as they will be working closely with the owners and directors.
Duties of the General Manager will include maintaining strong staff and owner relationships through the scheduling and facilitation of regular meetings & communications. As well as organizing information and directing it to the appropriate team member. The hours for this position will fluctuate with the season, 40-45 hours in the summer and 25-30 in the winter months. Salary is an option for the right candidate as well as profit-sharing and a pathway to ownership! They do have a wellness fund to support your insurance premium.
Experience working in a management position on a catering team is preferred. Having a passion for good food, great style and love to express your creativity are a must!
