Summary:
Clay Brook, our premier luxury slope-side residency, is looking for Hotel Custodians to add to our team. Day and night shifts available.
Responsibilities:
-General cleaning and floor care, rest room care, removal of trash and recycling, vacuuming, steam cleaning and carpet cleaning of public and office spaces.
-Responsible for cleaning and care of cleaning equipment.
-Assist with maintenance projects, housekeeping services and cleaning other facilities as needed are also expected.
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age.
-High school degree, or equivalency, and a minimum of 6 months prior experience are desired; previous janitorial experience preferred.
-Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
-Self-motivation, punctual attendance, and reliability are essential.
-Physical requirements include the ability to regularly grasp, reach, stoop, and bend; must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Occasional outside activity may require exposure to adverse weather conditions.
-Knowledge of, or ability to learn, proper use of cleaning chemicals with strong attention to safety is required.
