Applicants should possess a love of food and cooking, as well as a desire to mentor and instruct. The Skinny Pancake believes in a collaborative approach to running our business, restaurants are a team sport after all. Our workplace is both laid back and professional - this is a great team and a fun place to work. Our kitchen is a cook's playground: only six months old and very well equipped.
