Bliss Bee in Williston is seeking an energetic, positive and talented individual for the position of full time Kitchen Manager. Experience in a high volume setting and at least two years of relevant restaurant management experience is preferred but we will happily train the right individuals.
Bliss Bee is a fast casual, counter service restaurant serving burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, salads, grain bowls and a whole bunch more made from the highest quality and many local ingredients. We also offer a concise selection of beer, wine and cocktails. It's a farm-to-table riff on fast food.
We are seeking to add the following positions to our team:
The Kitchen Manager will work as a team member of the Restaurant Managers and Cooks to ensure prep levels are met and maintained, food is prepared quickly and correctly and in a clean and orderly fashion. Other elements of this position are expediting, direct guest service and employee management.
We offer an above industry standard hourly wage based on experience. Second location planned for later this year, so there is plenty of advancement potential within the company for the right person!
