Job Description
Pantry / Line Chef
Fire Tower Restaurant & Tavern – Stratton Mountain Vermont
If you enjoy the seasons in the mountains to hike, paddleboard, mountain bike, ski or snowboard we have Line / Pantry Chef year-round job opening in the kitchen to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail and a passion for the culinary arts.
The job entails preparing high quality salads, flatbreads and other cold appetizers as well as rotating on the line with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef based on performance.
Applicants will be expected to submit & discuss culinary ideas/concepts on resume. All our chef’s have input on menu items.
Job Type: Full Time year round
Requirements:
· Two years prior experience is highly desired but we are willing to train the right individuals if you have less than two years’ experience
· Reliable transportation
· Good attitude / being a team player
· References from past employers
