The Days Inn of Colchester is looking for a part-time desk agent. We are looking for someone who has a friendly, out going, and detail-oriented personality. Previous customer service experience is preferred; hotel experience not necessary as we are willing to train someone who is the right fit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: checking guest's in/out, making reservations, collecting payment, and responding to guest's concerns in a timely manner. Providing superior customer service to our valued guests is our number one priority so we are looking for someone that will be a great team player and strive to help us reach this goal.
We are looking for someone who has flexibility as the hours may vary between first and second shift (7AM-3PM/ 1PM-9PM/ 3PM-11PM). The hours for this position are not guaranteed at this time and will start with approximately 1 shift per week after training is completed. This would be a great job for someone looking to supplement their current income. More hours will be available starting in May for our busy season and to help with employee time off requests.
