~~~ To save you some effort and to allow us to spend less time interviewing and more time drinking beer, please note: we prefer to run short staffed rather than retain employees who rely on others to pick up their slack. We've been fortunate enough to find some EPIC employees who have been with us for the long haul, however, we are quick to filter out those that come in with the wrong attitude. Experience is a plus for any of the following positions - but the ONLY requirements are:
- a STRONG WORK ETHIC
- ability to STAY ON TASK and complete duties in a timely manner
- A SENSE OF U R G E N C Y - we are a VERY busy VERY fast-paced restaurant. Understanding how to set up each shift properly and stay ahead of the rush will be imperative to your long term employment here.
- the DRIVE TO CREATE A GREAT PRODUCT + EXPERIENCE for the enthusiastic people that keep coming back to our establishment time and time again!
Full weekends are preferred but we will consider a handful of candidates if alternate availabilties fit our needs.
Minimum of three shifts per week required.
