The Skinny Pancake is looking for a handy, organized, and creative individual to help maintain our facilities as a Restaurant Maintenance Technician.
This role is a crucial member of our team. Let's face it: things break and need repair. While regular maintenance and upkeep are a large function of this job, this position also welcomes opportunities to use creativity to address aesthetic design, signage/display installation, and general physical improvements. This position is ideal for anyone who likes keeping both their hands and mind busy.
The RMT works in collaboration with our admin team, General Managers and Kitchen Managers to ensure licenses remain current and maintenance schedules are adhered to. Non-traditional hours are occasionally required to navigate around restaurant operating hours. Availability for emergencies on weekends and outside of traditional business hours is required, although hopefully avoidable.
Some experience required around restaurant work, minor carpentry, vehicle repair, overall maintenance, or all of the above encouraged.
