Bartenders
We are currently seeking two experienced bartenders to help round our team in advance of the busy summer season. Great candidates will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
Bartending in a restaurant setting
Craft cocktails: recipes, prep, techniques, service
Draught systems
Coursed dinner service
Cleaning and polishing skills
Italian food and wine knowledge
Bottled wine service
Guest relations
Espresso and coffee drinks
Most of all, we're interested in talking to people who possess a friendly, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, a commitment to professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
Job duties include:
Station mise en place. Working from a list to ensure readiness.
Consistent, efficient, and precise customer service.
Mastery of the food and beverage menus.
Making coffee and espresso drinks
Communication with the chef and sous chef on orders.
Food running and bussing.
Fostering repeat customer relationships.
Teamwork and knowledge sharing.

This position is a full-time position requiring night and weekend availability.
Daily staff meals are provided for all team members.
Bartenders at the Arcadian can expect to make $20-25 per hour.
