Residential Counselor Position at private, residential mental health treatment program for young adults. Our clients are bright and engaging; typically have struggled in college. SMI provides a supportive work environment.
We are currently looking to fill two On-Call shifts; Friday 6 pm to 6am, and Saturday 7am to 7pm. We provide a stipend for each on-call shift and an hourly wage for actual hours worked. Typically, each shift requires a couple of hours of work providing backup for our regular staff. We have one third shift awake overnight shift available but not necessarily connected to the other needs.
SMI is seeking candidates with mental health/human services experience, excellent references and a positive attitude. The candidate must live within 20 minutes of Plainfield, VT.
