Residential Counselor Position at private, residential mental health treatment program for young adults. Our clients are bright and engaging; typically have struggled in college. SMI provides a supportive work environment.
We need substitute staff with varied availability to occasionally cover first, second and third shifts when staff is on leave. We have one regular third shift awake overnight shift available but not necessarily connected to the other needs.
SMI is seeking candidates with mental health/human services experience, excellent references and a positive attitude.
