Central Vermont Addiction Medicine is located in Berlin, VT and provides substance abuse engagement, stabilization, treatment and recovery services to Vermont residents.
HUB Clinician: We are seeking clinicians to work with adults as a part of our Hub & Spoke Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) program. This position will focus on access, engagement and stabilization to help clients build a bridge from the MAT program to other local MAT treatment options. Work will involve assessments, case management, treatment planning, group & individual counseling, referral, and coordination with community partners such as the DOC, DCF, or other treatment providers. Previous experience working with people in recovery from addictions is preferable. A Master Degree is strongly preferred, Bachelor Degree with previous experience will be considered. Must obtain AAP credential and be actively working towards LADC licensure. Working hours are roughly from 6:00a.m. to 2:30p.m.
