The Meadows at East Mountain, an area leader in senior living, has opportunities on our second shift (2 PM - 10 PM) , for Resident Aids. Full time positions and part time positions are available.
Resident Aids provide our elderly residents with a wide variety of care. They aid our residents with bathing, grooming, dining, transferring, dressing, mobility, toileting and all other activities of daily living they may not be able to do for themselves. Resident Aids do not need to be licensed. We are willing to train the right people. Training consist of a two week program that includes both class time and job shadowing. Being reliable, kind and willing to learn is more important than experience.
If you are an experienced Resident Aid, or LNA, we will pay you for your experience. We offer incredible staffing ratios and opportunity to advance to a Med Tech and beyond. We also have disability insurance, a generous vacation time package, a matching 401k program and free employee meals.
