We are a feline-only veterinary clinic seeking an individual for an entry-level part time position. Duties include handling cats, administering medications (including injections), and extensive cleaning responsibilities both in the boarding facility and throughout the clinic. Interested applicants should enjoy working with cats, be self-directed and able to work without supervision, be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs., and have a passion for maintaining a sterile environment. Prior experience in animal healthcare a plus.
Scheduled hours are from 7:30-10 a.m. and 4-8 p.m. weekdays/weekends. Days may vary from month to month. Participation in a rotating schedule for holidays is required even if holiday hours are not specifically on the days listed above. Shift times are approximate and may be more or less than 3 hours depending upon how full the boarding facility is; cleaning responsibilities are every day.
