Condo Association in Burlington, VT, Old North End seeks bids.
Our HOA is interested in receiving estimates for the following work this summer:
1. Remove old storage shed and install new one
2. Lay concrete slab for HOA dumpster
3. Repair vinyl siding (very small job; one corner piece)
4. Repair / replace / paint rotting fascia boards (note building is three stories high)
Please reply to schedule a site visit and provide estimate. Looking for estimates asap ahead of our annual meeting mid April, so we can approve in budget. NOTE - this is merely an invitation for contract bids, not an offer of employment.
