The H-Team is hiring a full-time Lot Assistant to help our Toyota Sales Department! The Lot Assistant monitors our onsite lot and effectively communicates with management to ensure maximum efficiency and traffic flow. Hours are primarily 8am- 5pm, Monday- Friday. The Lot Assistant will spend the majority of their day outside, in all weather conditions.
big>Lot Assistant/Porter Responsibilities include:
-Moving vehicles to maintain the appearance of the dealership lot; includes snow removal in winter months!
-Oversee the lot, ensuring that fire lanes are kept clear and parking issues are addressed.
-Fueling vehicles, and working with the sales staff to manage our extensive inventory.
-Locate and prep vehicles to be photographed, for our website.
-Vehicle prep entails light interior cleaning and use of car wash.
-Preparing new and used vehicles for inventory.
-Performing related tasks as assigned.
-Use of problem-solving and effective communication skills.
The Ideal Porter Candidate:
-Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
-Communicates effectively, assertive when necessary.
-Maintains a friendly demeanor and healthy sense of humor.
-Does not mind being on their feet all day and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
-Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons!
